Dan and his family moved from Virginia to Macon in 1994 and has become a well-known member of the local community and a highly respected real estate professional. Dan believes Middle Georgia is a wonderful place to live because of its great quality of life and its close proximity to the north Georgia mountains, Atlanta, Savannah, as well as the Georgia coasts. With three active teenagers on the loose, there are always places to go and things to do. Dan is an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoys hunting, hiking, and golf. Professionally, Dan is a Registered Forester and holds the highly regarded designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), one of only 16 in the state of Georgia. It should come as no surprise then that Dan specializes in commercial timberland, farms, hunting and recreational lands, as well as transitional properties. Larry D. Grace, Sales Associate
Larry is married and the father of three with five active grandchildren. A resident of Macon, Georgia. and a graduate of Abraham Baldwin College, Larry has worked in land and forest management since 1976. Larry has always had a love of the outdoors and now enjoys teaching his grandchildren the benefits of wholesome outdoor activities. Larry has been involved in various projects in real estate sales, forestry valuations, or land management activities in every southern state from Texas to Virginia over his thirty years of experience. Being both a real estate salesperson and a practicing registered forester gives Larry critical insight to all of the valuable characteristics of rural property by combining proficient knowledge of related markets for timber and transitional land use. Randy B. Shaw, Mississippi Broker
Randy and his family are life-long residents of south Mississippi where he has been working in forestry since 1977. Randy is a 1977 graduate of Mississippi State University. He is a Registered Forester and licensed real estate broker in Mississippi. He is also a member of The Association of Consulting Foresters of America, Inc., Mississippi Forestry Association, Arkansas Forestry Association and Forest Landowners Association, Inc. Randy also manages the family tree farm. Randy and his wife own a small cattle farm where they spend their leisure time. He also spends time deer hunting with his daughter, an avid deer hunter. Randy has served as interim pastor for three years in a small church in the local community. Randy’s knowledge of south Mississippi and the timber and real estate business in the area enables him to advise rural and timberland sellers of selling strategies that maximize income from land sales and direct buyers to parcels most suitable to their real estate objectives.
Wayne Cauthen, Sales Associate
Wayne is a native of Rome, Georgia. Well known in northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama as a land manager, Wayne has managed small and large properties in the region for over 29 years and was licensed as a Georgia real estate salesman in 1979. He welcomes and enjoys the challenge of working with the seller or purchaser of unique property. Wayne’s love for the outdoors and his ability to listen to the land purchaser or seller's needs uniquely qualify him for real estate services. Wayne is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters of America, a registered forester in Georgia and Alabama, and a Society of American Foresters “Certified Forester”. Wayne is blessed with a loving wife and two children. He enjoys serving his church and community. Wayne is a long time member of the Rome Lions Club and has served twice as club president.
