FRC's staff maintain all necessary appraisal certifications and real estate licensure requirements.  Several of our staff members are also members of the REALTORS® Land Institute and the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade organization in the world.  The REALTORS® Land Institute is recognized as the preeminent land real estate organization and has served the nation's land real estate professionals and their clients for more than 60  years.  

The firm currently has three Certified Appraisers, four licensed Real Estate Brokers/Associate Brokers, and four licensed Real Estate Sales professionals, all of whom are also foresters.
